VON Halton Strategic Planning Process


Von Halton has initiated a strategic planning process to identify future directions and priorities. An important part of this process involves obtaining the views of our staff about the various issues and choices facing our organization.

All questionnaires will go directly to the external planning consultant, so your replies will be completely anonymous and confidential. The survey findings will be used at a Board planning retreat to be held in October.

Please complete this questionnaire no later than Friday, September 10, 2004.

VON Halton provides leadership in the development and delivery of high quality client-focused community health and support services in the Region of Halton, in collaboration with consumers, planners, funders and other service providers.
