HR & Compensation Committee Evaluation Questionnaire


Board Policy B03-034 states that the HR and Compensation Committee shall review SIGA's overall compensation programs and recommend President/CEO and Senior Executive Team compensation and ensure that the overall compensation structure provides appropriate incentives to management and employees at all levels.

This questionnaire is designed to gather your perceptions as a member of this committee over the past year. Replies will be confidential.

The deadline for responses is Friday, February 19, 2010. The consultant will analyse the findings and prepare a report that will be reviewed at the March Board meeting.
