Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) Board Policy B03-034 states that the HR and Compensation Committee shall review SIGA's overall compensation programs and recommend President/CEO and Senior Executive Team compensation and ensure that the overall compensation structure provides appropriate incentives to management and employees at all levels. This questionnaire is designed to gather your perceptions as a member of this committee over the past year. Replies will be confidential. You will have a chance to edit your responses after you "Submit" your survey. The deadline for responses is Friday, November 23, 2007. The consultant will analyse the findings, conduct follow-up interviews and present the results at the Board meeting of December 19, 2007. If you are unsure, or feel you do not have enough information to answer a particular question, simply leave that item blank. |
