ErinoakKids Capital Redevelopment Plan
Survey of Service Providers

We need your input.

ErinoakKids has received a grant from the Ministry of Children and Youth Services to commence planning for a capital redevelopment project in support of the children and families of the Central West Region of Ontario.

At this stage, the planning is leaning towards consolidation of services from the seven current ErinoakKids sites to a renovated facility at the current South Millway location in Mississauga, a major facility to be constructed in Brampton and a new rental site in the Milton area but this could change as we receive stakeholder input. Regardless of the outcome, we will continue to provide services in homes, schools and community centres as appropriate.

The process is at a preliminary stage. Final recommendations and a decision to proceed are about 18 to 24 months out. Part of this early work involves obtaining the initial views of service providers. Study findings will be used to inform later parts of the process.

Please complete and submit this questionnaire no later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2008.
