ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development
Strategic Planning Process


ErinoakKids has initiated a strategic planning process to update our strategic plan and identify future directions and priorities. Part of this process involves obtaining the views of staff about the various issues and choices facing our organization.

Please complete this on-line questionnaire by Friday, August 8, 2008. You will have a chance to edit your responses when you click "Submit". Your survey will go directly to David Sheridan, the external planning consultant helping us with the project, so your replies will be completely anonymous and confidential.

The survey findings will be used at a strategic planning session with the Board in late August. A discussion paper will then be produced and you will have a chance to provide further input at focus groups to be held in the fall.

      The mission of ErinoakKids is to support children and youth with physical, developmental and communication disabilities. By meeting the challenges of their diverse needs, ErinoakKids will help clients and their families to reach optimal levels of independence, health and well being.
