Strategic Planning Process

The Canadian Mental Health Association, Peterborough Branch (CMHA Peterborough) has initiated a strategic planning process to establish a new three-year strategic plan identifying future directions and priorities. Part of this process involves obtaining the views of staff about the various issues and choices facing our agency.

Please complete this on-line questionnaire by March 31, 2010. Your survey will go directly to the external planning consultant helping us with the project, so your replies will be completely anonymous and confidential.

The survey findings will be used at a Board planning retreat to be held in early April. You will then have a chance to respond to the emerging plan through a discussion paper and staff focus groups.
