Strategic Planning Process


The Canadian Mental Health Association, Chatham-Kent Branch (CMHA Chatham-Kent) has initiated a strategic planning process to update our strategic plan and identify future directions and priorities. Part of this process involves obtaining the views of staff about the various issues and choices facing our agency.

Please complete the following questionnaire by April 30, 2008. You will have a chance to edit your responses when you click "Submit". Your survey will then go directly to the external planning consultant helping us with the project, so your replies will be completely anonymous and confidential. The survey findings will be used at a planning retreat to be held in early May.

Our current mission statement reads as follows:

      CMHA Chatham-Kent exists for the achievement of mental health for all people of Chatham-Kent. Further, CMHA exists to build resilience, recovery and maximum function for people experiencing mental illness through direct service, education, prevention and advocacy.
