Canadian Kennel Club
Strategic Planning Process

The Board of the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) has initiated a strategic planning process to review the Club's mission and identify future directions and priorities. Part of this process involves obtaining the views of our staff, members and other key stakeholders concerning the various issues and choices facing our organization.

Please complete the following questionnaire by 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2008. You will have a chance to edit your responses when you click "Submit". Your survey will go directly to the external planning consultant helping us with the project so your replies will be completely anonymous and confidential. The survey findings will be used at a planning retreat to be held in June.

This survey is best viewed and submitted on a Windows-based computer using Internet Explorer.
