Review of Contract Administrative Services


This survey is designed to obtain Board member feedback as part of the annual evaluation of our purchase of service agreement with Mary Sylver and Associates. All questionnaires will go directly to the external consultant helping us with the project (David Sheridan), so your replies will be completely anonymous and confidential. Summarized findings will be reviewed by a Board sub-committee conducting the evaluation.

For the survey to be effective, it should be completed by all current members of the BGTN Board of Directors.

The deadline for responses is Friday, May 20 as the evaluation needs to be completed by June 1, 2005.

The questions pertain to three aspects of the contract with the consulting team - board management, local trail volunteer coordination, and communications and marketing.


BOARD MANAGEMENT
